Generally as I expected or slightly better. Off season value for the price is OK. Functional, accessible, mostly new mixed with some wear, nothing bad and no excess. In the room, HVAC with half-degree (Celsius) control, Japanese style toilet with warm seat, electricity sockets with widened plug shape compatibility, no smell of smoke. In the lobby, luggage scale, water/coffee, card payment, helpful staff. Outside, clothes recycling bank (cool), large convenience stores close by.

Clean room, friendly staff and good location. It is close to several main attractions in the northern part of Taipei. Restaurants, convenient stores and orange line subway station are within walking distance. There are free beverages and snacks in the lounge.

There was free snacks and coffee in the lobby for the guests, the staff were happy to help us book a cab to the airport and the cleaning service was very good too. The room matched the website perfectly, we booked the triple room and it was not only spacious but had a sitting area and a lot of table area too to sit at.

Excellent location, just a five minute walk from the MRT. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, 7 - 11 shops, coffee shops (including a Starbucks) and there is a nice little night market close by where they sell cheap and delicious food. The hotel room was nice and clean, clean linen and towels are provided each days as well as free toiletries. Free bottles of water, coffee and tea are also available in the room and they are provided whenever you run out of them. Free snacks and hot drinks are available at the reception. The hotel stuff is nice and helpful, they assisted me when I lost my wallet on the public transports (the wallet was found with everything in it by the way). WiFi is very good by the way.

This hotel was pretty nice, it is definitely an older building that has been remodeled. The room was very clean and nice. The staff at the desk spoke English and there was free coffee and snacks in the lobby. The location is pretty good and there is a metro station and several bus stops within a 10 mintue walk.

- Location was great next to a main bus stop on the elevated road that connected to the rest of the city - Cute neighbourhood with local eateries and konbini, as well as a short walk to night markets - Spacious room that was clean with a full bath tub to soak in after a days travel around the city - Friendly front desk staff who always offered help - Snacks + coffee and hot chocolate machine in lobby - Real pleasant surprise and great value

The front desk people were courteous and helpful when I checked in and out. I stayed for three days. The cleaning service was efficient. The room and bathroom is spacious with all the accommodation necessities. I like the ways of how the bedroom lights were set up which make me feel comfortable and cozy at night. The overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel and I would return in my next visit.

Located in an older area of Taipei, the accommodation is surrounded by local shops and has proximity to Shuangcheng night market. Nearby, there are various local food options, including crispy donuts. The room offers more space than the typical Taipei standard and includes a bathtub. Lighting is adequate, and the bed is comfortable. In the lobby, guests can find complimentary coffee and snacks. Umbrellas are available for borrowing, which proved useful during rainy weather.

OH my goodness! The staff in this hotel are just magnificent. They tend to our needs, they are kind and courteous, and they are very attentive. They go above and beyond every time. I have never stayed at a hotel with such marvelous employees. They treat you like royalty. and the beds are SO comfortable. Exceptionally comfortable for a hotel in Asia. I slept like a baby. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will be back!

Size of room good , plentiful amenities . i would have given top grade if one of my favorite items had not disappeared. location not bad , needs little walking (5' to bus , 10' to MRT)
